Grow here.  At AECOM  we are currently recruiting for a Quality&amp; Standards Manager to join us at our Dublin office.Here’s what you’ll do: Your day to day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:Will implement and manage the coordination of quality and standards systems across all delivery streams.The QSM’s services will be required through all stages of the programme and across all programmes from inception to completion. <ul><li>The QSM will also be required to attend monthly progress meetings with the client and to report on quality delivery. The QSM shall be responsible for the coordination of the Technical Teams in the development, implementation, and management of quality and standards systems for each of the delivery streams from inception to construction handover. Separate (but inextricably linked), quality and standards systems will be developed to manage the design and construction phases.  </li><li>Roles and responsibilities, describing the different quality related roles within each delivery stream. </li><li>Document management control, including filing, archiving, programme communications, document collaboration, document reviews, reporting, and all tender and contractor communications. </li><li>Completeness and correctness criteria.  </li><li>Quality requirements process.  </li><li>Quality assurance activities.  </li><li>Quality control activities. </li><li>Quality standards, inspections, monitoring.  </li><li>Quality tools and templates that the programme will utilise and how these will integrate with the IT systems Infrastructure.  </li><li>The QSM will also be responsible for coordinating quality procedures and protocols for the scoping of minimum quality procedures/ criterion required from the construction works contracts. </li></ul>
