Manage iniciatives from scratch in need of market opportunities with operations and conctract manufacturers, project managment.</li><li>Implement product and pricing strategies (NRM) in alignment with Regional / Global Marketing</li><li>Based on data analytics, understand consumer/shopper insights competitive trends and key portfolio benefits to best position our branded products to serve consumers. Provide constant feed back to Regional and Global Teams</li><li>Recommend go-to-market trade/shopper marketing elements including retailer product assortment, pricing, and merchandising (both, in-store and online)</li><li>Support the local Head of Marketing in developing and implementing Media (PAID Digital and non digital campaigns ), following the communication strategy based on brand objectives</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop Customer selling stories (both national and account specific) and coordinate Customers line reviews to help drive top line sales, awareness, and trial of products for customer shelf sets</li><li>Control the A&amp;P budget of the assigned brand/product category portfolio, ensuring no overspend and key promotions are well managed, providing a clear ROI on all monies spent</li><li>Orchestrate the Digital customer journey (PAID, OWNED, SHARED, EARNED) from planning to rollout in relevant channels of the Digital funnel until conversion to deliver against KPIs</li><li>Track products P&amp;L and product Gross Margin mix by Category</li><li>Foster strong customer care support &amp; best practices to maintain a high level of consumer satisfaction Live LEARN approach: Listen; Empathize; Apologize; Re act; Now</li></ul>Interactions<ul><li>Regional &amp; global Marketing</li><li>Sales, Procurement, finance, operations</li><li>Consumers</li><li>Agencies</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Professional Experience and Education<ul><li>Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.</li><li>Minimum 3 years job experience whithin brand marketing affeirs.</li><li>Experience in supervising outside agencies</li><li>Experience and proven record in digital marketing, media management &amp; SEO</li></ul>Specific Knowledge<ul><li>up to date market and customer knowledge</li><li>use and understanding of Nielsen data and any relevant market analytics tools</li><li>deep understanding of KPIs and P&amp;L</li><li>Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management</li><li>strong competence in Microsoft Office focus on excel</li></ul>Specific Skills<ul><li>strong business communication (written and oral) &amp; presentation skills</li><li>leadership skills, ability to think and act holistic and critical</li><li>negotiation skills</li><li>strong in interpersonal relationship management, working in cross-functional teams and matrix environments</li><li>Team player, able to work in mixed teams across different functions</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
