The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. The Project Manager will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project.General Responsibilities • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals • Make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis • Regularly communicates and presents project schedules and statuses • Report and escalate to management as needed • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risksExperience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal &amp; collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customersAdditional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as an influencer and moderator on the Viva Engage platform to promote alignment of tools and initiatives across the organization.</li><li>Scrum Master for Engineering management committees and continuous improvement workstreams, facilitating agile practices and team collaboration.</li><li>Support and optimize R&amp;D spend to plan by driving financial transparency, prioritization, and strategic investment alignment.</li><li>Develop cashflows and build business cases.</li></ul>Additional Experience/ Qualifications:<ul><li>Able to influence and lead without authority preferred</li><li>Ability to prioritize projects and tasks preferred</li><li>Clear communication skills preferred</li><li>Experience with/ ability to build business cases preferred</li><li>Experience developing cashflows preferred</li><li>Ability to travel international and domestic around 10%</li></ul><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div></div>Base Salary Range: $81,600 - $150,012.50At Sensata, our employees are the key to our success and growth.  We recognize that each individual brings their own unique experience, therefore the base salary range information shown above is a general guideline only.  Sensata considers several factors when extending an offer, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as internal equity, market and business considerations.
