The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for taking the lead role in managing all the electrical testing at Lucid. The Sr. Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineers, Product Engineering, New Product Introduction, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the General Assembly process is properly designed and implemented. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead technical efforts across teams engaged in complex problem-solving related to End-of-Line (EOL) electrical testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.</li><li>Prepare and procure all items for station readiness for reflash and test equipment.</li><li>Develop, validate, and implement new test strategies, tools, and equipment to improve overall test quality, throughput, and efficiency.</li><li>Collaborate with Software Engineering and Production teams to coordinate software launches.</li><li>Manage software flashing processes across vehicle control modules, ensuring software integrity and configuration accuracy.</li><li>Lead efforts in MES system integration and process monitoring for traceability and test result validation.</li><li>Implement and maintain Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules for all EOL electrical test equipment</li><li>Develop a tracking system for managing all the projects conducted by the team and documenting them in Jira and other project management tools.</li><li>Lead vehicle diagnostic and repair efforts, including root-cause analysis using UDS protocol, PCAP data analysis, and electrical schematic review.</li><li>Use DMAIC methodology, MODAPTs analysis, and flow system programming to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement in EOL operations.</li><li>Develop training programs for technicians and operators, ensuring best practices in electrical repair standards</li><li>Provide hands-on support to resolve complex electrical test failures and guide repair technicians on advanced diagnostics.</li><li>Maintain a consistent balance between safety, quality, cost, and productivity in all EOL-related processes and initiatives.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred) or STEM Degree </li><li>3- 5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing and/or Automotive experience: End of line or Electrical Engineering Preferred</li><li>Proven experience in project management, from initiation through execution and closure.</li><li>Hands-on experience with automotive tester equipment design or deployment is preferred.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-precision environment, while maintaining a strong attention to detail.</li><li>Possesses strong presentation skills and communicates clearly and professionally at various levels both inside and outside the company.</li><li>Working knowledge of MES, DSA and EV LV system </li></ul><p> </p><div><div><p>By Submitting your application, you understand and agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our <a href="https://www.lucidmotors.com/s3fs-public/pdf/candidate-privacy-notice.pdf">Candidate Privacy Notice</a>.
