If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div>We are currently seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager.  The purpose of this role is to oversee all supply chain activities relating to new vehicle programs and launches. You Will: <ul><li>Support program management activities for new vehicle programs and launches. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop and track KPIs relating to sourcing, vendor tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launch. </li></ul><ul><li>Manage part availability for all prototype build phases. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure new vehicle programs are on time, on budget, and meet quality requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>Support project initiatives across all Supply Chain functions providing analysis, coordination, and implementation; Lead formal reporting and recommendations. </li></ul><ul><li>Work cross-functionally with engineering, central PMO, supplier quality, manufacturing, and logistics teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead escalations with leadership when problems arise and develop mitigation plans to resolve. </li></ul>You Bring: <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related discipline required; Master's or advanced degree preferred. </li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field required. </li></ul><ul><li>Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership that leads to effective hands-on execution. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help identify opportunities, resolve problems, develop best practices, and deliver optimal results. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, Smartsheets. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively. </li></ul><ul><li>Prior automotive experience is required. </li></ul>  Please note: this role is 100% onsite in our Southfield, MI office and does not offer a remote of hybrid option.
