You will work closely with a friendly and experienced IT team to help maintain devices, support users, and contribute to a great digital experience in our offices. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical and communication skills in a real-world environment while continuing your studies.You’ll learn and work with tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, Jamf, Office365, NinjaOne, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence). Thorough guidance and support will be provided as you build experience in professional IT support. Ideal candidates will demonstrate an interest in IT, have curiosity about scripting and automation, and exhibit a readiness to help others and contribute in a technical work environment. This is a part-time, in-office position based in our Ljubljana office 20 hours per week.Impact You’ll Own:<ul><li>Device preparation &amp; support: Assist with preparing laptops for new employees, including setup, configuration, and wiping of returned devices.</li><li>User support: Help the IT team by providing first-level support to employees using Windows and macOS devices.
