This role requires a proactive leader who can drive lead acquisition, optimize conversion, and ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality prospects.You’ll be responsible for supervising Field Sales Managers (FSMs) and Field Sales Associates (FSAs), analyzing performance trends, and supporting conversion efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is data-driven, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.As Regional Lead Generation Manager, you will report to the Director of Growth &amp; Expansion and coordinate closely with the Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams. What you will do: <ul> <li>Develop and implement lead generation initiatives to grow the company’s sales pipeline in assigned regions.</li> <li>Supervise and mentor FSMs, while providing coaching and monitoring support to FSAs.</li> <li>Execute approved lead generation activities, ensuring high-quality prospect acquisition.</li> <li>Monthly Vehicle Deployment: Deploy 90% of 'available fleet for activation</li> <li>Lead Generation and Conversion Rates: Increase lead generation by 25% and conversion rates by 20% each quarter.</li> <li>Drive optimal team performance in lead generation across all cities, holding each market accountable to achieve no less than 90% of their assigned goals. </li> <li>Consistently evaluate city-level metrics to ensure progress is visible, measurable, and aligned with strategic objectives.</li> <li>Achieve 90% of TO vs Tested rate, 80% TOF- Pass Test rate</li> <li>Ensure Budget optimization, Vendor management and Detailed monitoring of all field engagements across the region to ensure the achievement of the lowest possible  Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) per approved benchmark)</li> <li>Analyze local market trends to adapt initiatives to regional realities.</li> <li>Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Directly oversee bulk Top-of-Funnel (TOF) prospecting channels.</li> <li>Manage and optimize field engagement budgets for maximum ROI.</li> <li>Track and report performance metrics (TOF, Tested, Activation) using a data-driven approach.</li> <li>Troubleshoot challenges in lead acquisition and support regional conversion efforts.</li> <li>Provide weekly, monthly, and activity-based reports with actionable insights.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead conversion strategies.</li> <li>Build and sustain partnerships for lead generation opportunities. </li> </ul>Requirements What You’ll Need:<ul> <li>Degree in marketing, sales or relevant field</li> <li>At least 5 years of experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing or similar role</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication</li> <li>Ability to communicate in Yoruba and Pidgin an advantage </li> <li>Proven track record of driving acquisition and conversion in fast-paced industries.</li> <li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in Yoruba or Pidgin is an advantage.</li> <li>Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time</li> <li>You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment</li> <li>You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box</li> <li>Ability to work in a global context - Previous experience working in high-impact environments is preferred</li> <li>Past track record of recruiting and developing a high performing team</li> <li>Passionate about customers and demonstrated experience at building strong relationships</li> <li>Understand the diverse nature of different countries i.e., work environments, cultures, market changes, customer behavior etc.</li> <li>Futuristic and visionary with an entrepreneurial mindset, agile and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Data-driven method for decision making using KPIs and metrics</li> </ul>BenefitsWant to Join Us?
