Join us.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p><span>As an </span>Associate Account Manager<span>at Electric Era, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Business Development and will be responsible for driving new business development within the EV charging ecosystem.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the identification, outreach, and qualification of a pipeline of Enterprise and SMB prospects for direct ownership  for PowerNode Charging Stations, including lead generation, deal sourcing, qualification screening, and hand-off to account executives</li><li>Identify, source, and analyze new business development opportunities, gather critical voice of customer and on-the-ground market intelligence to influence overall go-to-market strategy</li><li>Track progress toward meeting quarterly and annual sales goals</li><li>Closely collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations to execute on key business development and partnership opportunities</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Background and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>At least 3-5+ years of direct sales experience and/or customer success</li><li>Track record of success working effectively and independently across functions to deliver against deadlines</li><li>Strong business development skills and experience independently leading business discussions</li><li>Demonstrated ability in using data to help make decisions and influence stakeholders</li><li>Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills that result in practical and effective solutions, scale mindset (setting short to medium-term direction) and focus on impact</li><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once</li><li>Previous EV, EV Charging, Solar, Site Origination, Clean Energy Investment, Utility or Aerospace business development experience is preferred</li></ul><p><br></p>          </div>        </div>      </div> <div>        Salary        <p>$75,000 - $85,000 per year</p>      </div> <div>        <div>            Apply for Associate Account Manager        </div>      </div>
