Job Description:  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to carry out maintenance operations during the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and possess expertise in various maintenance trades.  This role requires proficiency in electrical, HVAC systems, plumbing, compressed air, snow removal &amp; landscape management, security, and fire protection systems.   Minimum Requirements:  <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance trades is preferred.</li></ul> <ul><li>Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)</li><li>Extensive experience in maintenance operations with a focus on electrical</li><li>Proficiency in assembly environment, HVAC systems, brazing, welding, plumbing, and compressed air.</li></ul> Preferred Skills: <ul><li>Planning, scheduling, ordering</li><li>Experience with working overhead on all utility systems.</li><li>Experience on forklift, scissor lift, and boom lifts.</li><li>Plant equipment installation and rearranging.</li><li>Strong soft skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)</li><li>Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude. </li></ul> </div></div>
