Both vary based on level within the program and bonuses are dependent upon company performance.In addition, a host of discounted purchase programs are available to all employees.ResponsibilitiesThe positions involve performing environmental impact studies including NEPA/SEQRA/CEQR, MEPA and CEPA documents and sustainability planning for energy, transportation, resilience and urban infrastructure projects.Duties may include:Conducting extensive research, data collection, analysis and the preparation of written technical documentation pertaining to land use, policy, demographics including Environmental Justice populations, hazard risk and vulnerability, transportation and transit, among others.Required Skills &amp; Required Experience- Minimum 4 years of environmental and/or transportation planning experience.- 3-5 years of NYC CEQR and ULURP experience desired- Strong written and oral communication and data management/visualization skills.- Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.- Experience with GIS a plusDon't meet every single requirement?
