We are looking for a C&amp;I and Automation Engineering Team Lead to manage and guide a team of skilled engineers. With leadership experience and strong technical knowledge in control and electrical automation engineering. Relevant expertise includes automation controllers, relay protection, SCADA systems, and communication/IT network protocols. Familiarity with local legislation and TSO/DSO practices in at least one of our operating markets (Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, or Estonia) is required. Experience in renewable energy projects—such as wind, solar, or energy storage—is a strong advantage.
