Grow here.  At AECOM we are currently recruiting for a Project Director to join our Dublin office.Here’s what you’ll do: Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the end-to-end management of multiple large-scale projects or programs.</li><li>Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans and ensure effective communication across teams.</li><li>Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.</li><li>Allocate and manage project resources (internal and external).</li><li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, clients, and team members.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Track KPIs and prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior leadership.</li><li>Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost-control measures.</li><li>Mentor and support project managers and team leads.</li></ul>
