AECOM’s Enterprise Capabilities team is looking for a Bridges &amp; Structures Junior Designer to join our team in Kraków, Poland. About Enterprise Capabilities Fundamental to our Think and Act Globally strategy and digital adoption, Enterprise Capabilities (EC) is AECOM’s primary vehicle for workshare. Our office has an established track record of successfully delivering roadway designs for many years, throughout the USA and Australia not to mention Canada or Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team for the EC Europe Team (Poland/Spain). Here's what you'll do:<ul><li>Work is accomplished autonomously on small projects or portions of larger projects supported by EC within established procedures and practices related to bridges and structures.</li><li>Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.</li><li>Performs structural engineering work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.</li><li>Performs a self-check of work products prior to submitting to others and participates in quality control reviews of documentation originated by equally or less experienced staff.</li><li>Prepares project deliverables that are reviewed by senior team members.</li><li>Provides guidance to entry level engineers.</li></ul>
