Grow here.  At AECOM, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join us in our Dublin office.Here’s what you’ll do: Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;The role will cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase.<ul><li>Work with other member of the project management team to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects in large residential or mixed-use developments construction projects.</li><li>Lead project management commissions taking overall responsibility for their successful delivery</li><li>Liaise directly with clients, oversee project management team members with their duties</li><li>Ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time</li><li>Manage pre-construction activities including feasibility studies, planning applications, and procurement strategies.</li><li>Develop and maintain the project execution plan, scope, program, and budget.</li><li>Planning, directing and supervising all operations included in moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity and financial impact</li><li>Supporting the development of proposal for new work</li><li>Be specifically responsible for delegated business development / marketing objectives</li><li>Sector:Residential projects</li></ul>
