Here’s what you’ll do:<ul><li>Lead CDM/H&amp;S commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery.</li><li>Ensures commissions are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client’s satisfaction.</li><li>Develops strong reciprocal relationships with members of the project team.</li><li>Be the day to day interface with AECOM clients (new and existing).</li><li>Manage the delivery of H&amp;S/CDM outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards ie:<ul><li>Gathering /compiling information to enable compilation of relevant H&amp;S documentation </li><li>Undertake H&amp;S related inspections and audits</li><li>Lead on H&amp;S related workshops and supporting on large multidisciplinary projects</li><li>Attendance at relevant meetings</li><li>Support in creation of H&amp;S training programmes</li><li>Ensure you are an effective communicator and problem solver</li></ul></li><li>Approach to all projects requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity, excellent presentational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants. </li><li>Undertake line management responsibilities as appropriate.</li><li>Identifying business opportunities and escalate any scope changes.</li></ul>If you're passionate about innovation and turning bold ideas into reality, AECOM welcomes you.
