Clean, safe energy that will help us achieve our goal: a fossil free future. Will you take the lead in keeping these impressive devices up and running? What will you do? The Team Supervisor WTG / BoP supports the Operations Manager in organizing daily maintenance and operation of the Windfarm. Support in ensuring a safe, cost efficient and compliant execution of maintenance and site operations. Key Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Maintain a strong focus on and work towards a positive HS&amp;E culture and act as a role model  </li><li>Responsible for and participate in morning brief, toolbox talks and performance meetings, when on shift.  </li><li>Deputy for Operations Manager in the case of absence </li><li>Participate in Emergency Response and incident management as directed by Site Manager  </li><li>Track the progress and keep site management informed of all O&amp;M activities e.g., retrofits, inspections, service, jack-up etc.  </li><li>Accountable for directing vessel/helicopter and SOV movements to optimize time and reduce fuel consumption  </li><li>Line management and development of Technicians and Supervisors, this includes performance talks (start, mid and end year), disciplinary actions, approving hours/absence etc. and regular 1:1 dialogue  </li><li>Technician resource management and management of associated budget  </li><li>Manage improvement initiatives, ensuring owners are assigned and regular updates, focus and cross portfolio sharing is achieved, e.g., increasing productivity, people performance or safety.   </li><li>Support Planning function with any technical questions and allocate the relevant resources related to the plan and schedules, as well as how work can be bundled to improve efficiency </li><li>Translate plans into execution and generate daily transfer/pax lists </li><li>Ensure that work plans are developed to ensure passenger/material transfers are executed in accordance with safe working practices and take relevant procedures into account </li><li>Liaise with the scope responsible on projects to ensure that all technicians, contractors and third parties going offshore have the correct certification and competences to carry out the planned work </li><li>Inform about the progress and keep stakeholders informed on progress of all activities, including retrofits, inspections, service jack-up etc. performed on site </li><li>Update various databases to comply with reporting obligations </li><li>Lead morning brief, de-brief in the evening, toolbox talks, performance meetings etc. if required </li><li>Supervise teams of internal and external Technicians carrying out scheduled maintenance/troubleshooting and ensuring a consistent high level of quality, efficiency and safety </li><li>Ensure review of relevant back reporting. Process as required, collaborate with technical authorities to finalize and evaluate back reporting. </li><li>Work close together with the Planning function optimizing the yearly plan </li><li>In SAP (Maintenance tool), release and inspect service work orders, ensuring hours, explanation and use of spare parts (technical complete), before they are closed (business close) by the O&amp;M Coordinator </li><li>Receive and collect all incoming notifications from the technicians. Evaluate the priority of works, convert notifications into work orders and schedule accordingly. Pull in Associate Technical Expert – HV/Region for support if needed </li></ul>Location: Your base is the ‘hub’ in the port of IJmuiden. There we monitor the entire wind farm of more than 200 km2 with a team of 30 technicians. The site office consists of office space, a jetty for the crew transport vessels and the warehouse with spare parts.
