Our record USD 4.6 billion order backlog and strong book-to-bill ratio reflect long-term confidence in our mission and solutions.Join us at Landis+Gyr, where we manage energy better!  Key Areas of Responsibility<ul><li>Deals and prepares employees data related to presences, absences, sickness, overtimes etc in comparison with working schedules sobmitted to Labor Authorities.</li><li>Assures the above mentioned data incorporated in payroll calculation process ontime and accuratelly.</li><li>Responsible for all issues related to Digital Card (deadlines included).</li><li>Prepares and submit shifts schedules and all the changes related to those.</li><li>Submits on time to Labor Authorities the daily overtimes.</li><li>Prepares reports reflecting KPI's within the area of responsibility (Turnover, absenteeism, overtimes, annual holidays etc).</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and labor legislation.</li><li>Prepare regular and ad hoc reports.</li><li>Responsible for the preparation and submission to Labor Authorities of the monthly/yearly Annual Leaves plan.</li><li>Contacts Labor Authorities to clarify new legislation prior to their implementation.</li><li>Participate in EMEA HR projects and initiatives.</li></ul>  Required Skills<ul><li>University degree in HR/ Economics/ Business Administration.</li><li>3 years of professional experience in a relevant position.</li><li>Previous experience in a multinational environment will be considered as a plus.</li><li>Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially excel and power point).</li><li>Fluency in English.</li><li>Good knowledge of labor legislation.</li><li>Ability to co-operate effectively with colleagues across all levels.</li><li>High level of initiative and self-motivation.</li><li>Team player with very good communication skills.</li><li>Ability to set priorities.</li><li>Time management.  </li></ul> We value and encourage diversity in our team.
