Examples of products that you will contribute to include:<ul><li>Power supply long-term outlooks</li><li>Renewable asset owner leaderboards</li><li>Global power plant project lists</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ownership of the quality, coverage, and accuracy of our database of power generation projects in the APAC region</li><li>Monitoring and communicating data quality</li><li>Line management of a team of 8 research associates and analysts: Provide feedback, establish goals, train, hire, and monitor performance</li><li>Coordinate with other regional managers to plan, prioritize, assign, and execute projects</li><li>Monitor and field inquiries from customers and colleagues about our data</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones and disciplines to uncover pain points, process improvements, and product requirements</li></ul>About You:<ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in the power and renewables industry</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in a role with line management responsibilities</li><li>Experience working in environments reliant on Excel, PowerBi, PowerQuery, and SQL</li><li>Excited about building, guiding, and inspiring a global team of associates and analysts</li><li>Hands on approach to problem solving that delves into the details while maintaining the ability to succinctly propose solutions to steer decisions</li><li>Independently completes projects given time and platform constraints</li><li>Desire to play a key role in the energy transition by curating the data that catalyzes progress</li><li>Passionate ownership of projects and excitement to share accomplishments with fellow Woodmackers</li><li>Fluent in English.
