The role will be located at our Bethlehem Pennsylvania facility.Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Lead the project management group to successful completion of projects through coaching, mentoring and development initiatives</li><li>Lead projects from inception to closeout using SAP and Rotoflow best practices.</li><li>Drive project execution across service centers to meet organizational goals including financial and customer-centric initiatives</li><li>Champion organizational improvement in collaboration with Rotoflow’s business improvement team. Report project performance to Rotoflow’s senior leadership</li><li>Prioritize critical organizational projects to meet the changing needs of the business for our new equipment projects and repairs, spares and services opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary groups to support project development and product development initiatives</li><li>Develop and train global project teams through effective project work processes and procedures.</li><li>Apply relevant knowledge related to standards, systems, and best practice work procedures to ensure efficient work processes implemented and utilized</li><li>Promote Rotoflow’s guiding philosophies including Safety as a top priority.</li><li>Guide continuous improvement efforts to promote flawless project execution</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical related discipline is a plus.</li><li>Prior experience with rotating machinery, manufactured equipment, industrial gases or similar industries preferred.</li><li>Strong project development and customer/commercial communication experience and knowledge of project best practices are beneficial.</li><li>Strong understanding of commercial contract terms intellectual property management.</li><li>Strong and proven negotiation and claim resolution skills.</li><li>Strong data analytics capabilities, including proficiency in office / SAP or similar MRP software</li><li>Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations to senior management</li><li>Strong influencing, communication (written and verbal) skills including cross cultures and geographies</li><li>Ability to travel minimally to domestically &amp; international production facilities to meet with team members.</li><li>Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in an organized, detailed structure.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to reprioritize work to accommodate changing needs of business</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence others and work through obstacles to achieve results.</li><li>Previous experience in manufacturing project management is a plus.</li></ul>#LI-MO-2We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
