At the end of your internship, you will present your summer project to our staff.Responsibilities<ul><li>​Work side by side with senior energy traders and analysts</li><li>Learn valuation methodologies that support an established trading business</li><li>Develop an understanding of risk control functions and cross-functional dependencies</li><li>Work on modelling, data processing, and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness</li><li>Learn how we refine trading tools, identify control gaps and enhance existing processes</li><li>Liaise between internal company departments</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the USA for any employer without the need for sponsorship, currently or in the future.</li><li>Must have a weighted GPA of 3.5 or higher</li><li>Active student of finance, economics, mathematics, computer science or similar.</li><li>Solid skills in working with either R or Python or similar</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think on the fly in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Challenge the status quo and continuously drive improvement and innovation</li><li>Must be available for a continuous, on-site 12-week period for duration of summer internship; starting May 18th and ending on August 7th.</li><li>Sophomores, Juniors, Master’s encouraged to apply</li></ul>Repsol is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/Disability/Veteran#LI-KT1Required skills:
