In this role, you will shape and drive our turbomachinery segment, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness.<ul><li>Strategic Leadership: You define and implement the global strategy for our turbomachinery segment, ensuring alignment with company goals.</li><li>Market Development: You identify new business opportunities, foster customer relationships, and expand market share worldwide.</li><li>Customer focus: You partner with global key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and translate them into value-adding solutions.</li><li>Product Management: You drive innovation, product development, and portfolio management in close collaboration with R&amp;D and Operations.</li><li>Team Leadership: You lead, develop, and inspire a global team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.</li><li>Financial Responsibility: You manage budgets, deliver on growth and profitability targets, and ensure efficient resource allocation.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus.</li><li>Extensive international leadership experience in a relevant B2B environment, ideally in turbomachinery, power generation, or related industries.</li><li>Proven track record in market development, key account management, and strategic business growth.</li><li>Strong intercultural competence and experience working in a global matrix organization.</li><li>High level of customer orientation, entrepreneurial drive, and strategic thinking.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and negotiable in English.
