The open position is part of the Finance &amp; Controlling team, which is involved in various global rollout projects, as well as providing daily support to our global GEA customers.In this role, you will:<ul><li>work full-time in our global Transform 360 project with the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA </li><li>work on customizing of SAP FICO  </li><li>work on Mapping of business processes and optimization of business operations </li><li>Support business functions in daily work </li><li>be involved in test &amp; training </li><li>take active part in data migration, cutover activities and hypercare support </li></ul>This is an on-site position, with the option to work remotely on selected days, following GEA’s smart working policy. Occasional travel may be required.Your Profile / QualificationsWhat sets you up for success:<ul><li>Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related fields   </li><li>Several years of professional experience in a similar position and preferable practical experience inside Finance department </li><li>Solid knowledge of local Gaap and legal requirements in Italy </li><li>In-depth knowledge of the SAP ERP system: </li><li>System design and visualization based on business processes </li><li>Customizing and configuration within SAP FICO (minimum 5 Years) </li><li>Experience in setting up Italian local requirements  </li><li>Broad general SAP ERP knowledge in SAP FICO and month-end closing processes </li><li>Strong understanding of integration between FI/CO modules and other SAP modules </li><li>Experience with full ERP implementation cycles </li><li>Strong skills in English and native Italian language </li><li>Forward-thinking, results-oriented, and capable of driving projects toward their goals </li><li>Strong communication skills and high intercultural competence</li></ul>Ready to engineer a better world with us?
