The new joiner will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of service management processes using the SAP S/4HANA Service module.In this role, you will:<ul><li>Analyze business requirements and design service processes in SAP S/4HANA.</li><li>Configure and support service-related functionalities such as service orders, confirmations, service contracts, and installed base management.</li><li>Integrate service processes with C4C, FSM, SD, MM, and finance modules.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service execution.</li><li>Support testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.</li></ul>This is an on-site position, with the option to work remotely on selected days, following GEA’s smart working policy. Occasional travel may be required.Your Profile / QualificationsWhat sets you up for success:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, a related field or bring relevant professional experience</li><li>Good experience with SAP Service processes, ideally in S/4HANA.</li><li>Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and related business processes.</li><li>Experience with integration into logistics and finance modules.</li><li>Experience with S/4HANA and familiarity with SAP Fiori apps are a plus.</li><li>Understanding of integration scenarios with SAP C4C and SAP FSM is a plus.</li><li>Proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and solve problems independently.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.</li><li>Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>A good understanding of the integration with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) and SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is highly desirable.</li></ul>Ready to engineer a better world with us?
