This role will lead the performance of associated digital channels, collaborating across digital, commercial, and marketing functions to drive conversion, and enhance the customer experience.Responsibilities of the role:<ul><li>Own the Ecommerce performance of your area, focusing on customer acquisition and retention through seamless digital journeys and content.</li><li>Define and deliver against product goals, including conversion rate optimisation, average order value, net present value, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).</li><li>Build a deep understanding of the Ecommerce product areas, using performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.</li><li>Champion a test-and-learn approach, using both qualitative and quantitative data to iterate and optimise digital experiences.</li><li>Define and communicate a clear roadmap and objectives (OKRs), aligning with broader business goals and customer needs.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor strategies; identify partnership opportunities and respond to potential threats.</li><li>Continuously seek feedback from users to uncover pain points and deliver meaningful product improvements.</li><li>Collaborate with commercial, legal, regulatory, and support teams to ensure product launches and enhancements are scalable, compliant, and impactful.</li><li>Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across squads and stakeholder groups.</li><li>Support the growth and development of cross-functional delivery teams, helping them stay aligned and empowered.</li></ul>Here's what we’re looking for:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or in a product ownership role, ideally within Ecommerce or digital environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation, digital customer journeys, and commercial KPIs.</li><li>Comfortable with customer research and testing methodologies, including user testing, surveys, A/B testing, and MVTs.</li><li>Awareness of SEO and digital marketing practices (PPC, Display, Social, VOD).</li><li>Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Salesforce (preferred).</li><li>Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Familiarity with agile ways of working and product development lifecycles.</li><li>Performance-driven mindset, with the ability to manage ambiguity and shift priorities quickly.</li><li>Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a passion for delivering impactful digital experiences.</li><li>A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a desire to challenge the status quo.</li></ul>Why should you apply?     We’re not a perfect place – but we’re a people place.
