Her/His duties will include conducting detailed financial analyses, participating in budgeting and forecasting, and providing insights that will inform strategic decisions. She/He will work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and contribute to long term financial planning. Responsibilities:Forecasting &amp; Budgeting<ul><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for MEA commercial operations</li><li>Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with commercial teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions</li><li>Maintain and update financial models to reflect changing business dynamics</li></ul>Sales &amp; Orders Flash Reporting<ul><li>Coordinate and compile weekly Sales and Orders Flash reports and load in OneStream</li><li>Analyze variances vs. forecast and prior periods, providing commentary and actionable insights</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate data submission across MEA markets</li></ul>Performance Analysis<ul><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across MEA commercial segments</li><li>Help prepare dashboards and visualizations using Power BI</li></ul>System &amp; Process Support<ul><li>Utilize OneStream for financial consolidation, reporting, and variance analysis</li><li>Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems</li><li>Support process improvements and automation initiatives within FP&amp;A</li></ul>​Stakeholder Collaboration<ul><li>Support MEA FP&amp;A Manager partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business drivers</li><li>Assist Senior FP&amp;A Analyst in preparing presentations for leadership reviews</li></ul> Required Qualifications:<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.</li><li>Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.</li><li>Proficiency in building models to forecast financial outcomes</li><li>Knowledge of financial software and systems, such as Excel, PBI, OneStream (optional)</li><li>Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Fluency in English</li></ul>LOCATION: Montecchio Maggiore (VI)CONTRACT: PermanentBENEFIT: Company canteen and company bonusJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
