And that’s where you come in.Accountabilities:<ul><li>Help desk activities for remote and centralized Maintenance activities</li><li>Guarantee corrective and preventive maintenance task starting, performance and closing including associated logistics and spares activities</li><li>Monitoring and analysis of Reliability &amp; Maintainability figures and operational performance of in- service equipment support trouble shooting and fault founding activities</li><li>Updating and maintaining “as maintained“ SW &amp; HW Configuration</li><li>Reporting activities</li></ul><div></div><div>Required Skills/Knowledge:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in technical area or equivalent technical background</li><li>From 0 up to 3 years Experience in maintenance activities or equivalent</li><li>Testing &amp; Fault finding</li><li>Incident/accident investigation</li><li>Knowledge of technologies</li><li>Maintenance</li><li>Railway Safety Rules &amp; Regulations </li><li>Statistical analysis and “data management”</li><li>Use of maintenance tools</li><li>knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems;</li><li>knowledge HW infrastructures (Server, Storage and Blade);</li><li>knowledge of virtualized environments;</li><li>knowledge of network infrastructures;</li><li>knowledge of the English language;</li><li>troubleshooting ability.</li></ul>The maintenance activity is provided 24 x 7 and the technicians are organized in shifts.Education/Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in technical area or Equivalent Technical Background.Languages:Italian mother tongue.
