We are experiencing significant and sustained growth in our Gas Mapping LiDAR™ data product offering.&nbsp;Overview of PositionBridger has established strong competitive advantages with our Gas Mapping LiDAR™ technology, and we are seeking an outstanding International Program Manager to accommodate and continue our growth.&nbsp; The successful candidate will work closely with our Operations Team, Hardware Team, and Sales team to plan, mobilize, and execute international and offshore field operations. &nbsp;The successful candidate will leverage their experience with international and/or offshore oil and gas operations and create strong relationships with our clients to support successful execution and long-term growth.&nbsp;Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;<ul><li>Execute most or all portions of international &amp; offshore bid process including cost estimation, project planning, and pricing for clients</li><li>Develop project execution plans and execute projects (end to end) for offshore deployments and international onshore deployments</li><li>Work with international subcontractors to support in-country execution and compliance with local requirements</li><li>Manage existing accounts and maintain strong client relationships with both management and operations</li><li>Deliver and effectively communicate reports, data insights and information to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the pre and post sales efforts</li><li>Assist in developing and executing strategies to generate new business leads.</li><li>Design and implement operational process improvements as needed</li><li>Monitor customers’ businesses by following industry news, networking and maintaining good communication with users</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and gain feedback from customers’ usages of our product</li><li>Represent Bridger at trade shows </li></ul>Required qualifications:<ul><li>Oil and Gas offshore field experience</li><li>International field experience</li><li>4+ years demonstrated account management experience or customer-facing project management experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience with independent international project planning and execution</li><li>Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships</li><li>Willingness to work hard and efficiently in fast-paced environment</li><li>Travel to international and/or offshore field</li><li>Outstanding interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to work cohesively with a team of scientists, engineers, executives, and support staff </li></ul>Preferred qualifications:<ul><li>B.S. or B.A., in hard science field</li><li>Demonstrated experience and track record growing company revenue </li></ul>Additional Information:<ul><li>This is a full-time salaried position.</li><li>Salary is commensurate with education, experience, and skills.</li><li>International travel required.</li><li>This position is eligible for remote work in the following states: &nbsp;AR, AZ, CO, GA, IN, NC, OK, SC, TX, UT, WA, &amp; WV. &nbsp;</li><li>Bridger Photonics, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</li><li>United States Employment Eligibility: Bridger does not offer visa sponsorships.
