They will guide junior team members, as well as work with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and technicians in support of critical company milestones. They will participate as a strategic partner in Commissioning team projects, helping align department goals and objectives to larger company goals, while acting as a Subject Matter Expert and mentoring junior employees.
