Simple, organized and clean</li><li>Willingness to be flexible and take on a variety of roles to support BETA’s mission</li><li>Show up to work every day with high energy, be dependable, stay organized and be willing to juggle multiple tasks</li><li>Help support set up, cleanup and planning of both large and small company events. Events may take place at any of our locations and in some instances may require travel</li><li>Ability to coordinate with the cleaning contractors and effectively communicate company needs and standards</li><li>Keep sidewalks and corridors free of debris</li><li>Help stage meetings when appropriate</li><li>Keep the foyer and entrance clean, organized, and staged.</li><li>Help keep dining facilities  clean and stocked</li><li>Keep bathrooms and back of house spaces clean and tidy</li><li>Supplement the efforts of the nightly cleaning crew</li><li>Communicate with the facility team when maintenance is needed</li><li>Help the Eats team during lunch service to ensure the quickest possible delivery and support them with cleanup efforts</li><li>Help with planning and organizing spaces</li><li>Helping with ordering and stocking basic sundries</li></ul><h3>Minimum Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Valid drivers license</li><li>H.S diploma or equivalent</li><li>Has worked in the food service/hospitality/cleaning industry</li><li>Detail oriented</li><li>Must be able to self-manage</li></ul><h3>Above and Beyond Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Self-starter</li><li>Track record of being able to self-manage</li><li>Punctual</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Good written and verbal communication</li><li>Knowledge of spreadsheets and basic computer literacy</li><li>Knowledge of cleaning equipment</li></ul><h3>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</h3><ul><li>This job will require the applicant to be able to stand for long periods, along with bending over and using cleaning equipment. Must have the ability to lift 40 pounds on occasion.
