This role is critical in bridging the gap between our software development teams and our end users. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complexity and translate their business needs into impactful outcomes through our platform. If you’re passionate about the energy industry and driven to deliver outstanding customer success, we’d love to hear from you.</p></div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Serve as the primary partner for GB and European accounts, ensuring customers gain measurable value from Modo Energy.</li><li>Deliver onboarding and training for new users while driving engagement of existing teams through regular check-ins, updates, and support.</li><li>Monitor customer health and usage, leveraging data to demonstrate value and identify opportunities to increase adoption.</li><li>Collaborate with Product, Data, and Growth teams to channel customer feedback into the roadmap and service improvements.</li><li>Develop and convert expansion and upsell opportunities by aligning customer needs with Modo Energy’s solutions.</li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul><li>1-2 years’ experience in customer success, account management, or another client-facing role. SaaS experience is critical, energy a bonus.</li><li>Able to engage effectively with a range of customer stakeholders and build long-term relationships that drive adoption, retention, and growth.</li><li>Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.</li><li>Commercially minded with experience identifying and developing opportunities for account growth and expansion.</li><li>Curious and adaptable, with a track record of learning quickly and improving customer success and account management practices.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM and CS tools (HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.) would be an advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>Important Details</strong></p><ul><li>We are an in-person company that values collaboration and team culture.
