For more information, visit <a href="http://www.ascendanalytics.com/">www.ascendanalytics.com</a>.  Job Responsibilities <ul><li>Analyze and translate third-party system requirements by reviewing API documentation, technical specifications, and collaborating with external technical teams to define actionable development work  </li></ul><ul><li>Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive integration test plans for both new and existing system connections  </li></ul><ul><li>Lead integration testing initiatives for new partnerships while supporting routine integrations across our growing client base </li></ul><ul><li>Serve as the primary technical liaison during client onboarding, working closely with our internal team and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration deployments </li></ul><ul><li>Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the integration lifecycle, from initial setup through go-live and ongoing maintenance </li></ul><ul><li>Deliver exceptional client experiences by proactively identifying and resolving integration challenges </li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain Python-based integration tools and platforms that streamline our connection processes  </li></ul><ul><li>Develop automation solutions including credential management systems, testing frameworks, and deployment tools  </li></ul><ul><li>Continuously enhance our integration capabilities to support Ascend's rapid growth and evolving client needs </li></ul> Required Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. </li></ul><ul><li>3+ years experience in implementing third-party integrations and/or as a technical sales resource for a software product </li></ul><ul><li>Strong proficiency in Python </li></ul><ul><li>Extensive experience with data structures and API schemas, including an understanding of API design philosophies and patterns including common communication protocols (SOAP, REST) and data formats (JSON, XML). </li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of security requirements of integration work </li></ul><ul><li>Tenacity to navigate ambiguity and gather clear requirements from third-parties </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to flexibly work on multiple workstreams in parallel based on sometimes tight and shifting client timelines  </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with project management to stay organized and manage, track, and communicate progress internally and externally </li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Familiarity with SCADA systems </li></ul><ul><li>Familiarity with Azure environments and Microsoft DevOps </li></ul><ul><li>Background in energy and/or electricity markets </li></ul> Compensation: $105,000 - $135,000           Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
