This role requires a deep understanding of front-end and back-end web technologies, leadership skills to mentor and grow a team, and experience in driving technical and architectural strategy. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and IT, and lead an engineering team to deliver user-friendly, maintainable, and efficient web solutions.</p><p> </p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and grow a team of web engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.</li><li>Define and execute technical strategies to improve website performance, scalability, localization and maintainability.</li><li>Oversee the development and deployment of website updates, ensuring best practices in development, coding, testing, and security.</li><li>Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical and architectural solutions with business goals.</li><li>Architect and review software solutions, continuously optimizing and ensuring adherence to core vitals standards, coding standards, design standards, and security best practices.
