Together, we will change the future of energy, because the world can't wait.</div>What You Will Be Doing:You will own the development, implementation, and improvement of training programs that ensure productive development of Helion's technician teams. In this role, you will proactively address multidisciplinary training gaps critical to deploying fusion energy at scale. You will collaborate closely with technicians, EHS, and Learning &amp; Development while contributing to the culture and growth of a fast-moving team. You will report to the Production Manager onsite at our Everett, WA office.You Will:<ul><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Partner with Production, Environment Health &amp; Safety, and Leaning &amp; Development teams to forecast training needs, identify skills gaps, and proactively build solutions to close them</li><li style="font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;font-size:12pt;">Lead a team of trainers that deliver and administer technical trainings to technicians across multiple teams and shifts.
