Our profound industry knowledge and end-to-end capabilities make us the perfect partner for companies seeking innovative automation, process control, and engineered systems.</p><h2>Who We Are Looking For</h2><p>Re:Build Optimation seeks a Business Development-Marketing Co-op/Intern to collaborate with various teams on client projects in our industries.</p><p>Candidates must be U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents (Green Card holders), or have refugee/asylum status due to export control laws.</p><h2>What You’ll Get to Do</h2><ul><li>Enhance processes for engaging with clients, including automation, documentation, and visualization using tools in HubSpot and Excel Dashboards</li><li>Evaluate internal and external business data to assist with sales initiatives, market opportunity assessments, and strategic planning</li><li>Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to pinpoint critical metrics, trends, and customer engagement insights</li><li>Provide support on CRM data cleanup and process improvements (HubSpot experience a plus)</li><li>Make use of automation tools within HubSpot to enhance customer data and indicate sales actions</li><li>Engage in trials for direct communication with current and potential clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn</li><li>Support lead generation efforts</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of internal reporting and tracking processes</li></ul><h2>What You Bring to the Team</h2><ul><li>Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or marketing from an accredited college or university</li><li>Proficient written and verbal communication, organizational, and personal management abilities</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, and data visualization tools</li><li>Comfort working with large datasets and translating insights into clear, actionable reports</li><li>Impressive written and verbal communication, organizational, and personal management proficiencies</li><li>Proficient in engaging with current and/or prospective clients through various communication methods such as phone/video calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions (when necessary)</li><li>Analytical approach with the ability to collect &amp; analyze quantitative and qualitative data and recognize patterns or business opportunities</li><li>Proactive individual capable of working autonomously or collaboratively within a team</li><li>Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment; naturally curious</li><li>Ability to be on-site at our offices in Rochester, NY and/or Rush, NY</li><li>Minimum GPA 3.0</li></ul><p>Compensation Range: Hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $20.00 - $23.00, depending on your qualifications and experience.</p><h2>The BIG payoff</h2><p>We are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in both industries and communities where we establish our presence.</p><p>All Re:Build employees will have ownership in the company and will benefit financially from our shared success at every level!</p><p>We seek individuals who mirror the diverse communities where we conduct business.</p><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is honored to uphold Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action principles.
