This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our custom industrial machinery and equipment.Hours: 2pm-10:30pm. This is an onsite role in Hayward, CA and may include occasional mandatory overtime. Your Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on custom industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.</li><li>Follow all company policies and safety protocols strictly to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.</li><li>Perform maintenance tasks independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on various equipment and systems, including electrical components and pneumatics.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and replacements, ensuring all logs are up-to-date.</li><li>Proficient in updating inventory records and notifying appropriate personnel when supplies are running low.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and provide efficient solutions to minimize downtime and operational disruption.</li><li>Work closely with other departments and team members to support overall facility operations and improvements.</li></ul>Skills/Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in maintenance or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills.</li><li>Strong computer knowledge, specifically with Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting, software installation, and system configurations.</li><li>Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions.</li></ul>Hourly Range: $32 - $35We are unable to sponsor H-1B visas or other employment-based visas for this position at this time.*Base salary only.
