This role involves hands-on harness assembly, subsystem builds, and electronic testing, all executed to the highest standards of quality and precision. Responsibilities<ul><li>Fabricate, assemble, and route complex wiring harnesses based on engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation.</li><li>Crimp, terminate, and secure connectors (e.g., 38999, Deutsch, Bulgin, M12). Ensure harness quality by verifying routing, terminations, labeling, and workmanship against internal and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.</li><li>Assemble electrical and mechanical subsystems according to work instructions and schematics.</li><li>Conduct functional and continuity testing on harnesses, circuits, and subassemblies using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.</li><li>Perform in-process quality checks on assemblies throughout the build lifecycle.</li><li>Track subassembly inventory and support procurement efforts.</li><li>Write and update detailed work instructions within our MES (Manufacturing Execution System).</li><li>Collaborate on resolving bugs and quality issues during assembly and bring-up.</li><li>Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to review work instructions and drive future process improvements.</li><li>Maintain an organized and operational production space; calibrate and maintain equipment as needed.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on technician experience in wiring harness assembly, soldering, and electromechanical assembly.</li><li>Hands-on experience building, assembling, and routing wiring harnesses for complex electro-mechanical systems.</li><li>IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification or equivalent.</li><li>Experience inspecting and ensuring quality of electrical subsystems.</li><li>Experience in electronic bench testing of PCBs using digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.</li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions to carefully assemble subsystems containing diverse electrical and mechanical components.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the confidence to ask clarifying questions and provide constructive feedback.</li></ul>Company Perks<ul><li>$32-38/hr + equity.
