You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize operations and ensure continuous improvement in monitoring and performance.Here’s a glimpse into your day-to-day:<ul><li>Perform all work in accordance with company’s quality programs, standards and procedures.</li><li>Provide technical leadership to the development team in resolving database infrastructure issues.</li><li>Participate in determining strategic architecture direction.</li><li>Review technical documents for consistency, accuracy, and compliance.</li><li>Devise plans for patching and upgrading database infrastructure.</li><li>Develop and maintain standards for data structures and models.</li><li>Performance tuning of data retrieval and loading program units.</li><li>Capacity planning and volumetric analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with teams to plan, design, develop, and enhance database applications.</li><li>Provide full-life cycle product roadmaps for database infrastructure.</li><li>Review operational data structures and recommend optimizations.</li><li>Migrate complex applications into system test and production environments.</li><li>Evaluate and integrate data-related tools and technologies.</li><li>Conduct proof of concept and cost-benefit analysis for new Oracle features.</li><li>Maintain safety, security, and privacy standards.</li></ul>RequirementsWhat You BringWe’re all about skills, attitude, and passion.
