This position is both strategic and hands-on, providing full-cycle HR support while ensuring an exceptional employee experience. Job Summary: Strategic Partnership<ul style=""><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to mid-level and frontline leadership, providing HR guidance on workforce planning, team structure, and performance optimization.</li><li>Partner with managers to identify people-related needs and implement appropriate solutions that support a high-performing work environment.</li><li>Support the integration of people practices with operational goals to improve business performance.</li></ul> Talent Management &amp; Development<ul style=""><li>Support the execution of performance management programs that foster continuous feedback and career development.</li><li>Assist in the implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.</li><li>Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning &amp; Development to support onboarding and growth initiatives.</li></ul> Organizational Effectiveness<ul style=""><li>Assist in managing organizational change efforts, including communications and transition planning.</li><li>Collaborate with leaders to identify and implement opportunities for team effectiveness.</li><li>Leverage data and HR metrics to support decisions and continuous improvement.</li></ul> Culture &amp; Employee Experience<ul style=""><li>Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and respect aligned with company values.</li><li>Act as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring fair resolutions.</li><li>Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.</li></ul> HR Operations<ul style=""><li>Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver seamless HR programs and services.</li><li>Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment laws and company standards.</li><li>Maintain awareness of industry best practices and evolving legal requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul style=""><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR business partner or generalist role.</li><li>Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred.</li><li>Prior experience supporting and managing a manufacturing population is required.</li><li>Solid understanding of HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.</li><li>Working knowledge of employment laws, specifically California and HR compliance requirements.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.</li><li>Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis tools preferred. </li></ul>Impossible Foods Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
