We are the rebellious hero.  Position Summary: Shoals Project Specialist will support project planning, execution, and delivery across various departments or teams. This role will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Clearly communicate information/update/progress to internal departments and leadership (as needed).</li><li>Managing projects progress and adapt work as necessary.</li><li>Able to manage projects from a given start to finish is required.</li><li>Lead project planning sessions across multiple customers &amp; projects.</li><li>Design/Assess any risk mitigation/lead resolution of new issues that may arise during project timeline.</li><li>Coordinate and ensure any issues are resolved in an expeditious manner.</li><li>Work with departments and management to define and plan timing expectations.</li><li>Once timing expectations are set, maintain project schedule across multiple disciplines.</li><li>Ensure projects meet or exceed deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate and maintain communications with customers and all necessary operations (Plant, Sales, Quality, Etc)</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Able to analyze data/information, evaluate results to determine best possible solutions</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Able to juggle multiple projects at the same time while maintaining sharp attention to details</li><li>Must possess proficient/superior computer skills</li><li>Must possess strong communication skills – both verbal and written</li><li>Able to demonstrate ability to communicate, present &amp; influence key stakeholders at internal levels</li><li>Willing to help with “hands on” requests/assignments.</li><li>Able to travel approximately 25% of the time.</li></ul> Shoals Technologies Group, LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
