If the associate degree or two years of engineering course work are not in the electronics or electrical field, the applicant must have comparable electrical course work or military training to provide a good fundamental knowledge of electrical and electronics theory or have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.</li><li>Must meet Site Specific ANSI Qualification: Shall have a minimum of three years in one or more crafts.
