This role oversees detailed planning and scheduling activities that support the overall S &amp; OP plan, addressing capacity issues, production location decisions, and escalations to align manufacturing plans with customer needs and inventory requirements. The Manager, Supply Chain, Planning is responsible for managing the short-term planning relationship with Tate in the LTA space while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain effectiveness. Additionally, this role monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators to support operations. Key responsibilities: <div>•Lead Planning Team:  Lead the detailed planning team by providing support, training and resources to enable team members to excel in their roles.
