California Water ServiceJob Description:The Associate Customer Service Representative (ACSR) provides exceptional customer service in person via phone, web e-mail, and other communication channels for multiple districts.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Provide customer service via all communication channels (written and verbal) addressing customer requests or inquiries concerning services, water quality and billing concerns.</li><li>Schedule field representatives for service calls, including turning off/on services, and respond to water quality and service disruptions.</li><li>Organize and schedule service delivery, billing, and collections.</li><li>Document work orders, respond to customer emails and update customer accounts.</li><li>Perform tasks associated with the daily, monthly, and all associated reports to ensure accurate accounting of operational activity.</li><li>Provide customers with information regarding Company programs and services.</li><li>Communicate with outside agencies and departments for service efforts.</li><li>Communicate between regional customer support center and local districts.</li><li>Process customer service paperwork as necessary.</li><li>Performs work on-site in the assigned office location.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>An Associate Customer Service Rep.
