Position OverviewApollo is seeking a driven individual to join their expanding Institutional Client Group team focusing on US Sales. The role encompasses a broad spectrum of marketing and client support responsibilities, including: <ul><li>Working with sales and product team to provide support on team deliverables, including presentations, data management and bespoke projects focusing on strategy and sales. </li><li>Coordinating group investor meetings including roadshows.</li><li>Working closely with the firm’s investment professionals, marketing and communications professionals to coordinate thought leadership distributions.</li><li>Responsible for creating and/or reviewing internal and external meeting memorandums and presentations.</li><li>Partner with the product team, marketing, and communications to prepare materials for roadshows and conferences.</li><li>Customizing marketing materials and talking points for upcoming meetings. Compiling market data and incorporating market research into investor presentation materials.</li><li>Researching various databases and maintaining internal CRM systems with up-to-date investor information.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>1-3 years of prior experience.</li><li>Bachelors degree required.</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce.</li><li>Strong work ethic, acute attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and a willingness and desire to learn are critical.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with proven ability to communicate complexity with simplicity.</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong judgement.</li><li>Professional and personal integrity.</li><li>Proficient in excel with the ability to manipulate data in a spreadsheet.</li><li>Highly proficient and creative in PowerPoint with the ability to create marketing slides, enhance our sales pitch, and update data.</li><li>Self-starter who can work effectively within a team, as well as independently.</li></ul>Pay Range$110,000-$135,000Apollo Global Management, Inc.
