Ensure proper daily assignment of Production Team as per monthly shift planning, </li><li>Tight follow up on client load demands to meet the expectations. Attend to meeting with customer operations teams, where required. </li><li>Provide advance notification to Service Manager when availability will not satisfy customer demand. Monitor and act on site/asset alarms to support any incident resolution</li><li>Ensure oil samples are analysed and proper actions taken by Maintenance Team where required. Perform first line analysis on asset performance, and proper actions.</li><li>Work closely with site team to optimise asset availability, condition, performance, and manpower allocation. Maintain accurate production data.</li><li>Ensure proper and optimum usage of sites inventory.</li><li>Ensure that the site is kept in tidy conditions with strong 5S and OPOS (Optimised Project Operations Standards) implementation. Ensure employees in his team are properly inducted and developed (coached/trained)</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Electrical Field.</li><li>B2V and H2V Level of authorization</li><li>Good experience in preventative maintenance and repairs – Major Engine Servicing and repairs, Operations &amp; Maintenance. Experience with engine controllers – </li><li>The ability to use specialist tools and ensuring all tooling is calibrated in accordance with Aggreko standards and local legislation. Must be capable of working in a restricted space and at heights up to 2.5 metres.</li><li>Able to travel worldwide when required.
