The Applications Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing product engineering activities with a focus on adapting existing products to meet customer applications while maintaining design integrity, functionality, and compliance with engineering standards. This role also ensures timely delivery of prototypes and validation testing, while safeguarding customer satisfaction and product performance. This role leads and develops a multidisciplinary team within the Applications Engineering group—including Applications Engineers, Product Designers, Life Test Technicians, and Prototype Technicians—and collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and technical centers.
