Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction. Lead planning of corporate events and assist with special projects by compiling data, preparing presentations, and tracking progress and deliverables. Prepare presentations, meeting minutes, and reports; assist in special projects through research, data collection, and cross-departmental coordination. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental policies, support ongoing business activities, and perform additional duties as required.<h1>Qualifications:</h1>Degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. At least 3 years in sales, telemarketing, or business support roles. Excellent English (additional Asian language is a plus) with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proficient in pricing, negotiations, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office; understanding of sustainability and eco-friendly solutions. Skilled in data literacy, problem-solving, adaptability, and familiar with AI-driven sales tools and predictive analytics.
