Serve as a technical and functional SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) consultant and advisor to IT management and the business community.  The incumbent will be expected to effectively administer, maintain, and develop applications and/or technology solutions.  Additionally, the incumbent will provide technical expertise and support for complex technical problems as well as effectively manage multiple priorities, challenging and rigid deadlines.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Performs as the technical subject matter expert in SAP Asset Management (SAP PM Module).  </li><li>Knowledgeable of SAP-related products and technologies and understands systems integration.</li><li>Understands the value and impact of SAP technology as it applies to business processes.</li><li>Provides technical leadership to projects, teams, and business initiatives as required.</li><li>Accountable for working with project teams and management to resolve technical issues.</li><li>Maintains knowledge of emerging technological trends and utilizes this knowledge to educate both IT and the business community to better utilize SAP solutions that support and drive business decisions.</li><li>Identifies and evaluates new technologies/services and establish/recommend strategic direction.</li><li>Provides solutions to complex technology issues, providing direction as required. Stay current on technologies within assigned business area.</li><li>Leads, plans, coordinates and provides activities associated with SAP technology, and can adjust priorities in a dynamic fashion to account for changes in business needs.</li><li>Provides vendor management support of contract negotiating. Has supervisory responsibility for ensuring initiatives are carried out according to standards and SLA`s.
