Job Description:We are seeking a leader for our global project P&amp;L FP&amp;A team, that will be a strategic business partner to our leadership team.  This role is highly analytical which required attention to details. The ideal candidate will be a modeling powerhouse, that will work collaboratively across Sales Ops, Procurement and Supply Chain to streamline project P&amp;L forecasts and support financial processes.<div></div>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead company wide, long range, project margin forecasting</li><li>Drive cross functional process improvements to enable improved margin visibility &amp; accuracy</li><li>Be a Strategic business partner and Provide margin insights, highlighting potential opportunities to guide the senior leadership team</li><li>Strong Team building and mentoring skills</li><li>Enable regional teams &amp; processes that ensure accurate intercompany reporting and reduce audit risks</li><li>Support system upgrades and process improvement initiatives for finance functions.</li></ul><div></div>Qualifications:Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience supporting Project FP&amp;A, preferably in Solar industry</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Critical Leadership skills to continuously improve forward looking FP&amp;A capabilities.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Supply chain operations in a contract manu</li><li>Ability to drive cross functional process improvement.</li><li>Exceptional modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of operational ERP functions and intercompany processes in a multinational corporation.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to details.</li><li>Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Nextracker offers a comprehensive benefits package.
