From procurement to performance management this is a role where communication and stakeholder management is key as it requires daily collaboration across multiple internal and external teams.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:18px;">This role is remote with travel as required to meet with partners nationwide and Octopus teams based in the Midlands.</span></div><br><br><h3>What you'll do </h3><ul><li>You’ll be responsible for the delivery of measures through multiple partners in line with contractual obligations </li><li>You will set delivery expectations in line with signed contracts and commercial direction. Managing the consistent flow of delivery, and its quality.</li><li>You’ll be the eyes and ears of ECO – gaining business intelligence from and sharing with partners and the internal team to make sure we are at the forefront of the industry</li><li>Quality is key so you’ll carry out desktop audits to identify risk and make sure delivery is future proofed</li><li>You’ll learn about new technologies and get on the job training to give you the skills to assist partners and internal teams on the ever-changing ECO landscape.</li><li>Create and maintain multiple data and reporting suites to ensure transparency and delivery across the scheme</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise third-party performance, data quality, and service delivery</li><li>Building and strengthening strategic relationships with managing Agents, Installation Companies and Local Authorities </li><li>You’ll develop ECO knowledge and then apply it to help Partners overcome obstacles faced working in a government funded industry.</li><li>Problem Solving - nothing is insurmountable - you’ll anticipate problems and find solutions – sense checking them with your team</li><li>Facilitate ongoing contractual and business partner reviews both remotely and in person with your portfolio of partners </li></ul><h3>What you'll need</h3><ul><li>Experience of ECO/GBIS scheme is essential </li><li>Experience managing third-party commercial agreements and leveraging them for performance optimisation.</li><li>Strong understanding of operational and industry processes, with the ability to drive performance improvement initiatives.</li><li>Exceptional stakeholder influencing and management skills at all levels.</li><li>Comfortable creating and using data to drive insights and support decision-making. </li><li>An interest in and willingness to develop in continuous improvement to enable facilitating initiatives, focusing on enhancing processes, service delivery, and efficiency</li><li>Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills </li></ul><h3>💚 Why else you'll love it here </h3><ul><li>💰 Wondering what the salary for this role is?
