The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail and process discipline, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes a consultative approach to meeting business needs.  Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as a key administrator for the company’s benefits platform, including configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the platform accurately reflects current benefit plans, eligibility rules, and employee elections. </li></ul><ul><li>Maintain compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal plan rules across all benefits-related processes. </li></ul><ul><li>Oversee demographic data feeds from the benefits platform to insurance vendors (e.g., medical, life, disability). </li></ul><ul><li>Validate and audit benefits-related data across HRIS, benefits platform, and vendor systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with HR, IT, and benefits vendors to enhance platform functionality and user experience. </li></ul><ul><li>Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and automation. </li></ul><ul><li>Generate reports for management, including enrollment statistics, cost analysis, and compliance audits. </li></ul><ul><li>Analyze benefits data to identify improvement opportunities and potential compliance risks. </li></ul><ul><li>Support the setup and execution of annual Open Enrollment events, including configuration of rates, benefits, eligibility, and plan logic. </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate vendor file transmission schedules for Open Enrollment. </li></ul><ul><li>Assist in marketing efforts for the benefits platform and support vendor evaluations. </li></ul><ul><li>Participate in platform implementation projects, including plan rule validation, testing, data mapping, and audits to ensure readiness for system transitions. </li></ul> Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. </li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, compliance, and HRIS maintenance. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with HRIS platforms and ensuring data integrity and reporting. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external consultants. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to present information clearly and concisely to leadership. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. </li></ul><ul><li>Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information. </li></ul><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
